Product Manager

We are currently recruiting an experienced Product Manager to dedicate efforts on our Fittings product portfolio by analyzing the needs of healthcare (hospitals and care homes) washroom customers and translating this into innovative products and services.

Reporting to the Product Director for Non-Residential Fittings, you will

DEVELOP AND EXECUTE THE DEDICATED PUBLIC WASHROOM FITTINGS CATEGORY STRATEGY SECURING HEALTHY GROWTH BY
- Gathering insights from customer discussions and developing these through our innovation process into successful concepts
- Leading NPI projects from category perspective through the stage gate process to launch
- Understanding the public washroom fittings market needs, collaborating with marketing and local markets
- Managing your product portfolio from a sales, profit and lifecycle/complexity point of view in close collaboration with the fittings cross functional teams
- Further developing the vision to attract the right talent and customers

LAUNCH WITH IMPACT
- Work with local subsidiaries to facilitate and accelerate new product launches
- Support developing exciting and innovative marketing plans to help set their category apart from the rest
- Work with external partners, agencies and suppliers
- Work with local subsidiaries to facilitate and accelerate new product launches
- Write detailed briefings to align with design, R&D and marketing agencies (e.g. for launch/communication concepts)

MANAGE PERFORMANCE & PROFITABILITY
- Benchmark your products against competitors, manage costs and come up with innovative ways to improve product value.
- Analyze and interpret data points on sell-in and sell-through to optimize effectiveness of the Category of products you manage.

SUPPORT THE PRODUCT PLAN
- Develop the Healthcare Fittings Washroom product & services offering - as part of the cross functional team
- Help to gradually expand Healthcare knowledge by understanding local requirements and certifications
- Define use cases, steer and follow-up the implementation
- Develop strong insights based on data leading to new business, new features and benefits
- Develop the product and the solution further, bringing it into new verticals

**Your profile**
- Relevant Master's degree
- Strong interest in technology & innovation
- Product management experience in a corporate FMCG environment
- **Experience in / knowledge of European hygiene industry & landscape**:

- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English - any other language proficiency is a plus
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to motivate and work with others in a highly collaborative environment
- Entrepreneurial and hands-on mentality, resilient and capable to adapt to changing situations
- Enthusiasm and energy (the “fun” factor)
