We are actively looking for a Financial Controller for one of our clients active in the marketing & advertising industry and located in Brussels.
This innovative and young company is mixing every positive ingredients from the start-up, SME and international structures.
- Start-up : our client gives its collaborators the freedom to take-initiatives and gives recommendations. The hierarchy remains flat which means that everyone has an impact on the business and that procedures can be set up quickly
- SME : more than 70 collaborators in the building and it’s only the beginning
- Multinational : the structure has recently been bought by an international company active in 30 countries and will give you the chance to maintain many contacts worldwide
Since their former Financial Controller has grown to a Financial Director position, our client is actively looking for a Financial Controller to take over her previous responsibilities and work in close collaboration with her.
**Function**:
- Responsible for the monthly/quarterly/yearly reporting
- Develop financial dashboard and KPIs
- Responsible for budget/forecast processes
- Analyse actual performance vs benchmark and propose corrective actions
- Monitor cash-flow and treasury
- Working with auditors to ensure financial compliance
**Profile**:
- **Degree in Finance, Economics or Business**:
- **At least 3 years of experience in Controlling or Audit**:
- **You speak French or Dutch and have a good knowledge of English**:
- **You are implicated in your work and happy to the extra-miles when needed**:
- **You are adaptable and quickly autonomous in your responsibilities**:
- **You are sociable, dynamic and you can easily integrate a team**
