**Jobomschrijving**:
Your tasks will include:

- Collecting information and verifying data accuracy and completeness.
- Offering technical support and liaising with workshops to schedule a technician for truck repairs.
- Keeping all involved parties informed and updated about the status of repairs.
- Overseeing and maintaining agreements with customers and service providers.
- Ensuring timely resolution of contract-related matters.
- Working from Monday to Friday with flexibility to work on Saturdays during busy periods.

**Jouw profiel**:

- Language: German (native or advanced), English (proficient)
- Technical knowledge: Experience or knowledge in the automotive or tire industry is a plus.
- Effective phone communication: Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and technicians.
- Problem analysis and problem-solving: Aptitude to analyze situations and find appropriate solutions.
- Customer
- and results-oriented: Focus on providing excellent customer service and achieving desired outcomes.
- Accurate and high work standard: Attention to detail and precision in handling information and data.
- Multitasker and stress-resistant: Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
