Gelegen in het hart van het Zoniënwoud, op het kruispunt van Wallonië, Vlaanderen en Brussel, biedt het Dolce by Wyndham La Hulpe Brussels tal van mogelijkheden voor teamleden, vrienden of families om elkaar te ontmoeten in contact met de natuur in optimale omstandigheden van veiligheid en comfort om uitwisseling en inspiratie te stimuleren.
Het 4*-hotel omvat een restaurant van 1000 m² en 264 kamers en suites met een eigentijdse inrichting en een uniek rustgevend uitzicht op het Zoniënwoud. Sportieve en recreatieve activiteiten worden ook ter plaatse aangeboden (overdekt zwembad met terras, sauna, hammam, Cinq Mondes Spa, buiten tennisbanen, gezondheidsparcours in het bos...) evenals in de nabije omgeving (wandelen, fietsen of elektrische scooter naar het Solvay Park, de Stichting Folon of Waterloo).
Het congrescentrum van 4500 m² is onderverdeeld in 40 seminariezalen van 40 tot 750 m², waaronder 2 auditoria (150 en 500 zitplaatsen). Elke zaal beschikt over een performant ventilatiesysteem en is uitgerust met de modernste technologie, waardoor hybride vergaderingen kunnen worden georganiseerd. De vele grote buitenruimtes vergroten de mogelijkheden.

Your Mission
- Inspire clients by providing professional and thorough hotel tours, highlighting the key features and benefits of our property.
- Create offers, contracts, service orders, and invoices with precision and within deadlines.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, external partners, and suppliers, ensuring impeccable follow-up.
- Use our sales management system to organize and optimize hotel operations (reports, space reservations, account management).
- Meet and exceed global sales targets set by the Director of Sales & Marketing.
- Work closely with operational and accounting departments to ensure the success of events.
- Conduct post-event debriefings with clients to evaluate satisfaction and explore future business opportunities.
Your Profile
- You are a team player and passionate about organizing events and meetings, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
