Junior CRM Marketer

**About the job**:

- Within the Marketing team, the
- Junior CRM Marketer will be responsible for managing our CRM from A to Z to improve the quality of our database, as well as maintaining and optimizing the website.**CRM & Data - 70%**
- Handle Hubspot and integrations (Make, Phantombuster, Sales Nav,...).
- Maintain CRM.
- Be in charge of database management: improvement of database quality, database import, identification of database providing,...

**Website maintenance and optimization. - 20%**
- Challenge current pages layout and structure to increase online conversions.
- Produce and optimize landing pages for marketing, advertising and social media.
- Manage and improve technical SEO.

**Coordinate students for database maintenance. - 10%**

**About you**:

- **Education**: Bachelor in Marketing.
- **Experience**: You have 1 to 2 years of experience.
- **Language**: French or Dutch. Fluent in English.
- **Skills**:
- You have knowledge in HubSpot or any other CRM.
- You have excellent analytical and project skills.
- Very fast learner and passionate about data and digital technologies.
- Focused on quality and quick execution.
- You are autonomous and well-organised.
