We are looking for a WMS Key User in our new site in Mechelen, where your focus will be system configuration, ensuring end-to-end functionality for system users, and being responsible for a smooth transition of the WMS which includes user acceptance and training.

**What you do on a typical day**
- Define business requirements for Reflex / WMS patch deployment, software upgrades, system configuration, UAT and SIT
- Conduct software implementation training for maintenance, startups and upgrades
- Design, test and implement process improvements
- Create training documents and resources for system users
- Collaborate with IT and customers to develop testing scenarios, conduct system tests, identify discrepancies, troubleshoot solutions and provide resolutions
- Work with Inventory Management on WMS configuration and stock reconciliations
- Acquire information about emerging functionalities and solutions, and implement them within the business
- Assist all departments and other onsite business partners with interfacing requests with Reflex / WMS software

**What you need to succeed at GXO**
- Preferably experience gained in logistics systems implementation including experience in a Third-Party Logistics (3PL) environment would be a very nice to have
- Experience as a super user in a distribution, warehousing, assembly or contract packaging operation
- Strong ability to interpret customer specifications into operational process flows, utilize WMS functionality to resolve business operational problems and articulate WMS functionality to others
