**JUNIOR PROGRAMME MANAGER MBA**

Vlerick is a school, but it is run as a business, aligned with the high standards we foster in our different programmes. We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Programme Manager to join our MBA team

**The job**
- Be responsible for the organisation and coordination of the European Executive MBA programme.
- Schedule classes and programme events, organise and attend the international study modules and any off-campus activities.
- Act as a single point of contact for both participants and faculty. Ensure clear and professional communication with both parties.
- Monitor programme quality and act upon formal and informal feedback to improve the learning experience of our participants.
- Provide support to and attend extracurricular events such as career and alumni activities, the opening of the academic year, graduation ceremony, etc.
- Work closely together with the programme director and programme management team.

**You**
- Have a very good command of written and spoken English, and excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Are a proficient user of standard software tools such as MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Are customer-oriented and have strong interpersonal skills.
- Have an international mindset and understanding and respect for cultural diversity.
- Are reliable, diligent, and have outstanding organisational skills.
- Are a team player who can work autonomously.
- Have a proactive and entrepreneurial attitude.
- Have a masters' degree, or equal through experience.
- Are flexible and willing to take part in occasional evening or weekend activities and join the study modules abroad.
- Will be based on our Brussels campus and are flexible to attend (limited) events at our Leuven or Ghent campuses.
