We’re recruiting a high potential
**Growth Product Manager**, fluent in Dutch and French, to coordinate the marketing, tech, operations, and strategy for one of our promising and growing products.
Punctuality, organizational skills, and attention to detail are paramount as well as a strong sense of accountability and an ability to work efficiently on very strict and short-term deadlines. This job will require flexibility and the capability to adapt to a changing set of variables at any given time.
Therefore, we’re looking for someone who considers themselves a high achiever, who's not afraid of hard work, ownership, and responsibilities. **REQUIREMENTS**:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Dutch and French
- Proven experience in project management or product management
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Solid organisational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
- Proactive mindset and the ability to be creative with different strategies and initiatives
- You don't see problems, instead you see endless opportunities and possibilities
- High determination and eagerness to succeed
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Ensure that the product's initiatives are delivered on time, within scope and within budget
- Assist in the definition of scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Ensure resource availability and allocation
- Develop a detailed product plan to monitor and track progress
- Measure product performance using appropriate tools and techniques
- Manage changes to the product's scope, schedule and costs using appropriate verification techniques
- Manage the relationships with all relevant stakeholders
- Create and maintain comprehensive product documentation
- Meet with stakeholders to detail their needs and clarify specific requirements
