**Division**:
You will join the Financial Division and be part of the Corporate Financial Advisory department within the team of the Financial Performance Management covering the Euroclear SA Divisions - (FPM ESA) reporting to the ESA FPM manager

**Role and responsibilities**:
As FPM for Euroclear SA Divisions, your responsibilities, with the support of the team, include:

- You contribute to support the planning, budgeting and forecasting processes for the divisions, in line with the group multi-year strategic planning and group corporate targets
- You leverage monthly analysis evolution of the Divisions in terms of resources and divisional expenses, trends and root causes of variations vs. plan, in order to contribute to highlight discrepancies to senior management and propose appropriate remediating actions when required
- You contribute to support and advice the senior management of the Divisions in their decision making process regarding the implementation of their strategic objectives and multi-year key deliverables while ensuring and maintaining the financial sustainability at divisional and group level
- You contribute to facilitate the yearly review of the intra-group service pricing model of the Divisions and support and provide guidance to Divisions in preparing their service catalogue and client service dialogue
- You actively contribute to increase the advisory role of finance in the organization (both for Finance as Division and CFA team)
- You act as a key player and motivated team member of the FPM ESA team, and contribute to further develop and support the finance performance management understanding within the team, in and outside finance in general

**Qualifications**:
**Required qualifications**:

- You have studied economics at University and/or have strong interest in financial matters
- You already have some experience in a performance management role
- You have strong analytical skills and you are at your ease with data manipulation
- You are an effective communicator, able to convey a clear and concise message
- You are autonomous, able to self-reflect and you have a critical mindset
- You are flexible and agile to adapt your priorities in a changing environment
- You are curious to learn new things and able to build a comprehensive understanding of the business fundamentals driving the activities of the different departments, their strategic objectives and main challenges as well as the key performance measures that influence their efficiency
- You are creative and open to change
- Proficiency in English is required
- You are a proficient user of Excel and Power point
- You are a strong team player and can inspire and engage other team members
- Knowledge of financial systems, tools and methodologies is a plus (IFRS accounting principles, reporting tools like Oracle BI/Power BI, Budgeting tools, Activity Based Costing management accounting tools, etc.)
