We are looking for an experienced and motivated On-Site IT Support Specialist to provide high-quality technical assistance to end users. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with end-user devices, operating systems, and collaboration tools, as well as excellent communication skills in both French and English.Key Responsibilities:Provide on-site IT support to users, ensuring timely resolution of hardware and software issues.Support desktops, laptops, smartphones, and tablets.Deliver end-user support for Windows-based computers and standard business applications.Assist with setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance of video conferencing systems.Ensure incidents and service requests are handled in line with ITIL best practices.Maintain accurate documentation of IT assets, incidents, and resolutions.Collaborate with other IT teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.Required Skills and Qualifications:Minimum 3 years of experience in:On-site IT support (direct interaction with end users)Support for desktops, laptops, smartphones, and tabletsVideo conferencing systems supportVery good skills in all Microsoft Office applications.Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and end-user computing environments.Good understanding of mobile device platforms (iOS, Android) and core mobile applications.ITIL V4 Foundation Certification is required.(If certification is not held at the start of employment, it must be obtained within 3 months; a TM-1 or FP-2 penalty may apply.)Language skills: Minimum B2 level in both French and English (spoken and written).Preferred Attributes:Customer-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.Proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.UpcoMinds is a dynamic IT company with 28 years of experience that provides end-to-end web and mobile solutions helping businesses to reinvent themselves in the digital world.
