You can count on our innovative solutions to contribute to safer, cleaner and more sustainable future. **Role Overview** **We count on you for**: - Define and manage investment policy of pension assets with the objective to: - reduce volatility of the pension deficit, - reduce pension cash costs (improve free cash flow) and, - avoid any unexpected cash contribution. - Manage relation with Trustees and asset managers - Hedge Long Term Incentives against the risk that variation of Solvay share price adversely affects Solvay Group’s financial result (P&L and/or cash). **You will bring**: - Master's degree in Economics, Finance or Engineering (the latter coupled with MBA) - 10 years experience in Finance, including preferably Treasury - strong experience of investment strategies (equities, fixed incomes and alternatives), asset and liability management, hedging solutions for interest rates and inflation, good knowledge of general regulatory environment in the main countries like UK, US, France, Belgium and Germany linked to pension financing vehicles - good knowledge of equity derivatives for hedging purposes, with cash and accounting impacts - Fluent in English; other languages would be considered a plus - Strong collaboration skills - Results oriented" **You will get**: - Competitive salary and benefits package **Additional information**: - Location: Brussels, Belgium - #LI-Onsite - #LI-CC1 **About us** After 50 years, we are going back to the Moon...
