**Hoe ziet je dag eruit?**
- **Safety**: Je gaat mee streven naar het doel omtrent de zero policy: geen ongevallen of incidenten op de werkvloer. Dit gebeurd door het naleven van de veiligheidsvoorschriften, opstellen van procedures.
- **Planning is key**:Verdelen, opvolgen en bijsturen van de werkzaamheden, maken van een dagplanning rekening houdend met prioriteiten.
- **Maintenance;** Melden van afwijkingen, pannes en storingen.
- **Product quality**: Waken over de productie van kwaliteitsvolle producten. Kennis van kwaliteitsnormen en goedkeuring geven bij de opstart productie.
- **People Management**: Optimaal inzetten; opleiden en aansturen van productie medewerkers. Positieve werksfeer. Adviseren bij de aanwerving van nieuwe medewerkers. Noodzakelijke opleidingen geven om kennis op peil te houden.
- **Projects**: Bijdragen tot de implementatie van projecten samen met de projectleider(s).

**Wie ben jij?**
- Je behaalde een **professionele bachelor/graduaat** richting elektromechanica of gelijkwaardig door ervaring. 5 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie.
- **Analyseren**: problemen op een systematische wijze ontleden en duiden in ruimere context. Dit in combinatie met besluitvaardigheid.
- Je bent **klantgericht**, kan goed samenwerken en draagt respect hoog in het vaandel.
- Een **gezonde portie productkennis** die je kan gebruiken in verschillende rapportering tools.
- Blijven functioneren onder **stress** is belangrijk: situaties met hoge complexiteit, tijds -of werkdruk en bij enige teleurstelling of kritiek.
- **Plannen en organiseren.**:

- Je bent **resultaatgericht**.
- **Leidinggeven** is je twee natuur; medewerkers en teams achter een bepaalde visie krijgen en hun activiteiten in de richting van de verwezenlijking van belangrijke doelstellingen sturen.
- Je spreekt en schrijft in **Nederlands, een basis Duits en Engels** is mooi meegenomen.
- Je kan vlot werken met de programma’s van** MS Office.**:
