You’ll be part of the **leadership team**, working closely with Product, Sales and the rest of the company > meaning**:direct impact, real ownership, no ivory tower**. You continuously refine processes, ways of working and technical foundations. **Job requirements**: **What makes you a great fit**: **Tech-savvy leader** - 8+ years in engineering (incl data engineering & AI), with at least 2 years in a leadership role. You’ve mastered our stack (TypeScript, Next.js, Node.js, GraphQL, Databricks, Spark & Python) and have hands-on cloud scaling experience (Google Cloud). **Innovative by nature** - You don’t just improve what exists, you rethink it. You love experimenting, challenging assumptions and finding smarter ways to build products. “Good enough” isn’t your thing. **AI-minded & future-focused** - You actively explore how AI can be embedded into products, workflows and engineering practices.
