Janssen-Cilag Benelux is recruiting for an Event Process Specialist Support, located in Breda or Beerse.

As Event Process Specialist Support you will become part of the Event Process Office and you will act as the event support associate. We are searching for someone who will look after the administrative follow-up tasks related to an event. As you will support multiple team members, this job will be full of variety with a lot of different colleagues to work with. The job also includes growing possibilities into Event Coordinator.

The Event Process Office is responsible for the end-to-end coordination of all events. Every day we ensure an accurate, qualitative and compliant follow-up of events in close collaboration with our business partners. This includes all types of Janssen organized events (such as medical education events and advisory boards), but also requests for financial sponsorships and patient related initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Creation and follow-up of event-related purchase orders
- Preparation of event-related contracts
- Elaboration on event attendee management
- Follow-up of invoice payments
- Practical support coordination (badge handling, reception of attendees etc)
- Other administrative tasks

**Qualifications**

HBO or Bachelor degree

**Experience and Skills**:
**Required**:

- You demonstrate pro-activity and take ownership for your actions
- You are a team player and have a can-do mentality

**Preferred**:
Knowledge of local regulations and industry standards in the pharmaceutical market is preferable.

**Other**:

- Fluency in Dutch and English, French is a plus.
- Knowledge of the most common Microsoft Office tools
- As this job covers a Benelux approach, limited travel will be needed between our offices in Beerse and Breda. We also offer extended home office possibilities (max. 2 days/week).
