Pharm Transcend New Modalities Process, Integration

Pharm Transcend is a global business transformation program that will modernize our foundational transactional processes and harmonize them into one “clean” ERP as a standardized platform for growth and efficiency gains.

The program will simplify the Pharm ERP landscape from 7 to 1, standardizing processes in order to have a cost effective, fit for purpose digital backbone that will enable us to support the Pharm business with agility. Additionally, the program will remediate the end-of-life system exposure that we risk towards the end of this decade.

The role will establish a network of functional experts within their functional domain that will lead the business process definition, driving organizational alignment on key decisions, as well as ensuring adoption of those decisions and new business processes. Additionally, the NPI & Clinical Process, Integration and Data lead represents Janssen deliver in the NPI, Clinical area in governance forums (e.g. Global Process Council) to ensure process integrity, drive decisions, act as key change champion, and collaborate with JJT and the Global Product Owner to define, validate, and implement solutions to enable the designed blueprint.

The Senior Manager Deliver: New Modalities (Advanced Therapies, NPI, & Clinical) Process, Integration and Data will be an expert in translating, bridging and onboarding Janssen Deliver ‘best in class’ processes in this area and strive to enable, standardize, and innovate core business process definitions to meet critical business needs. This will be enabled by partnering across the key stakeholder groups to gain a deep understanding of as-is business requirements, benchmarking, continuous improvement, and consistent process documentation, through a standardized blueprinting process.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support the Pharma New Modalities and Clinical process within Deliver, drive global S/4 HANA core capability standardization, alignment, and adoption, ensuring alignment with Transcend future state designed blueprint. Act as a Change Champion within New Modalities and Clinical organization to drive standardization and process harmonization.
- Lead the design, build, validate and deploy New Modalities and Clinical processes around the Globe ensuring integrity with the global template.
- Have a Global and Business focused approach with sound reasoning in all activities including managing escalation of issues and business risks, developing solutions and risk mitigation strategies. and lead all aspects of E2E process. Establish close partnerships with business and technology teams such as CAR-T, LUMEN and other upcoming NPIs to map the upstream and downstream process steps in an integrated way.
- Partner with Janssen Distribution, Transportation & Trade Compliance Global Process Owner and sub-function teams to determine priorities, establish overall upstream and downstream Transportation and distribution NPI / Clinical process to meet Janssen Business needs
- Provide insights and support for all training and compliance documentation and set process for ongoing updates. Maintain in-depth business process knowledge and expertise and ensure knowledge center documentation.
- Lead a global team of 1 to 5 people in different geographies. Own people and performance management process for reporting team.
- Identify key emerging digital technologies and opportunities. Shape innovation, with an outside in approach via white papers, webinars and/or other channels. Articulate the applicability inhouse and provide advice to Leadership on critical topics and/or processes.
- Benchmark with other industries
- Interact with all Deliver regions to develop standard and harmonized processes.

**Qualifications**:
**Education**:

- BA/BS required, Master´s degree preferred
- Preferably in Engineering, Supply chain or related areas ;
**Experience and Skills**:
**Required**:

- Minimum of ten (10) years overall business experience is required, preferably within Pharma and an emphasis on Deliver and/or Make, NPI / Clinical process Processes.
- Demonstrable experience with large strategical, regional or Global programs within Deliver and/or Make and knowledgeable of technologies for distribution and transportation logistics.
- Project management experience.
- People management (leading from a distance) demonstrated experience.
- Experience designing, developing, implementing a business process decomposition and blueprint.
- Good interpersonal skills with ability to influence
- English proficiency

**Preferred**:

- Pharmaceuticals, Healthcare, Logistic and transportation provider, 3PL, logistics and supply chain consultant is preferred
- APICS certification
- Black Belt certification
- Six sigma certification
- SAP certification
- Certification(s) in PMI / FPX.

**Other**:

- Limited travel
