Pharm Transcend Master Data Bpo Quality Oversight

Pharm Transcend is a global business transformation program that will modernize our foundational transactional processes and harmonize them into one “clean” ERP as a standardized platform for growth and efficiency gains.

The program will simplify the Pharm ERP landscape from 7 to 1, standardizing processes in order to have a cost effective, fit for purpose digital backbone that will enable us to support the Pharm business with agility. Additionally, the program will remediate the end-of-life system exposure that we risk towards the end of this decade.

**Core tasks**:

- Support the Master Data Lead, Master data DPOs (Design & Process Owner), Data Factory Deployment lead and Workstream during all phases of the program: design & build, execution and deployment
- Keep oversight on Q&C (Quality & Compliance) for the Master data processes and define Standardization for Quality processes related to Master Data
- Guide the Master Data Quality Mgr
- Guide the creation of program documentation like Business Process Flow Diagrams, KDD’s, User Stories and Acceptance Criteria, Data Migration Rules,
- Drive, support and perform testing, including BST (Business Simulation Testing), UAT (User Acceptance Testing, Security Role Testing, Integration Testing, etc.
- Guide the Creation of training material, SOPs (Standard Operating Procedure) and WI’s (Work Instruction) and deliverance of training
- Lead Change Management and Business readiness activities (preparation and execution of system cutover, data migration, system deployment and hyper-care)

**Other responsibilities**:

- Lead and Own the standardization challenge for Q&C processes related to Master Data
- Lead and Own the Q&C steps of the Master Data (workflow) processes for Material, Customer and Vendor setup
- Drive workshops cross-region and cross function to collect & record Q&C related User Requirement related to Data. Examples are Registration / Quality Assurance / Sox /
- Participate in design workshops with TranSCend functional teams to define design requirements for Data Q&C
- Formulate standardized proposals for future processes, align those with the Master Data BPO’s and the other Workstreams and Operational Teams
- Drive alignment and integration with vital systems outside TranSCend, like LIMS, EMS, MES, Trackwise, CFIN,
- Support the Master Data Lead and Operational Data Leads in designing the Master Data Organization for the future
- Support the Q&C Lead in defining the data validation process and -requirements for the different deployments

- and post-validation processes and overviewing dual maintenance
- Drive KDDs and Functional documentations for S4Hana design, for Quality Data objects
- Drive data harmonization and data de-duplication needs for Quality objects in legacy ERPs
- Guide the Master Data Quality Mgr in Data Analytics for Q&C
- Drive user requirements, test scripts and defects in JIRA and /or Smartsheet.
- Drive FIT and BST testing of Quality data objects configuration in SAP
- Drive FIT and BST testing of Quality data workflow scenarios.
- Support Business SMEs with UAT prep and execution
- Support Operational Data teams during Hypercare

**Qualifications**:
**Requirements**:

- Practical experience with SAP Master Data (material, customer, vendor) and Quality processes required. Other SAP experience on functional (quality) objects preferred
- ERP SAP (ECC6 and/or S/4HANA) knowledge and practical Supply Chain use is required
- 5+ years of Supply Chain experience in any functional area
- 3+ years of experience with Materials Master data and Quality Objects as well as Quality oversight on Master Data processes
- Excellent influencing and inclusive skills, able to work effectively at all levels in an organization
- Ability to build strong collaborative relationships, influence multiple stakeholders and establish common goals and objectives without sacrificing outcomes.
- Experience in working in a regional/global setting or experience in a large-scale business transformation projects
- Good understanding of NPI (new product introduction) in Pharma industry
- Data migration experience in SAP
- Expert in Excel (create formulas, macros, pivot tables, advanced filters and charts)
- Expertise in Visio and PowerPoint
- Experience with Data Quality, Profiling and Cleansing, Data harmonization
- Excellent English (verbal and written) communication skills, including presentation skills are required
- Ability to self-manage and maintain work-life balance in a global deployment project

**Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**:

- Understanding the business process linkages across Plan, Source, Make, Deliver, Quality, Finance and Master Data is preferred
