Finance Transformation E2e Integration Solution Lead

Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a **Finance Transformation E2E Integration Solution Lead**, located in New Brunswick, NJ or Beerse, Belgium.
The role will own setting the strategic direction for end-to-end solution & integration alignment across the finance technology ecosystem as the function embarks on an ambitious transformational agenda. As the solution lead and architect, the incumbent will ensure cross-product design of solutions are extensible and scalable, considering people, process, data, and technology ultimately enabling the Finance Transformation end-to-end (E2E).
**Key Responsibilities**:
The Director will work at the intersection of business & technology to define strategies that combine a deep understanding of business objectives, challenges, with technology solutions and extending them into development execution, value realization & ongoing product management.
- **Business Problem Definition**: understanding and translating business problems faced by the finance function into a value case & comprehensive set of solutions spanning process, technology, data, governance & user experience supported by defined, baselined value realization key performance indicators
- **Solution Design**: ensuring that product development efforts incorporate an approach that starts with experimentation to validate expected impact, includes human centered design, embraces agile principles, incorporates external insights, required end to end process optimizations, and compliance engagement
- **Internal Partnerships**: acting as the primary trusted advisor to senior finance & technology leaders across all lifecycles of product development starting with inception through to value realization & ongoing continuous improvement, and communication of progress against strategic objectives
- **Product Management**:partnering with product management teams to ensure roadmaps are oriented to deliver finance business & technology strategy, value creation objectives, and measurable key performance indicators
**Qualifications**
Education**:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent, Master’s Degree with focus on Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Finance.

10+ years of SAP experience within FICO, 3-5+ years S/4 HANA implementation experience
- S/4 HANA

- Cloud infrastructure
- Data strategy, governance, technology, and process definition
- Close optimization & continuous accounting
- Advanced understanding of J&J I/T's technology standards and strategies
- Standout colleague with stellar communication skills and laser focused customer orientation, to effectively collaboration with internal staff, stakeholders, and external partners
