**Skills, knowledge, experience required**:

- Experience in large IT organization;
- Experience in client IT provisioning;
- Experience with SLA Management, Customer and Provider Management;
- Knowledge of CES activities and specifically : PIA contract experience ( expert level2);
- Deep knowledge on ITIL V. Framework with specific reference to Service transition and Operation;
- Good understanding of the IT organization and Client IT operation;
- Strong communication skills: oral, written, presentation facilitation;
- Fluency in English.

**Desirable**:

- Knowledge of Internet Facing appliances and services (Web Hosting, Proxy technology, Security).

**Duties/role**:

- Developing relationships with customers at the highest level to identify potential areas of mutual commercial interest for future development;
- Maintaining an overview of the contribution of service delivery arrangements to organizational success;
- Ensuring that service delivery is monitored effectively and that identified actions to maintain or improve levels of service are implemented;
- Ensuring that operational methods, procedures, facilities and tools are established, reviewed and maintained;
- Ensuring that service delivery meets agreed service levels;
- Diagnosing service delivery problems and initiates actions to maintain or improve levels of service;
- Monitoring service delivery performance metrics and liaising with managers and customers to ensure that service level agreements are not breached without the stakeholders being given the opportunity of planning for a deterioration in service.
