Je rapporteert aan de Sales Administration Manager en werkt samen met het hele marketing
- en verkoopteam voor een breed scala aan producten die in supermarkten worden gedistribueerd.Jouw taken zijn :1/ Verkoopsadministatie : verwerken van bestellingen / afhandelen van klachten / facturatie / nauw samenwerken met logistieke dienstverlener / samenwerken met interne afdelingen2/Customer Service : dagelijkse contactpersoon met klanten /
**Wat wij van jou vragen**:
- Je hebt een eerste ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie. Kennis van de retailsector is een troef. Kennis van het GS1-platform is een pluspunt. Vlot omgaan met een aantal IT-tools (Office Suite) is wenselijk en je bent vlot aan de telefoon. Je bent veelzijdig, nauwgezet en praktisch. Je bent proactief, lost graag operationele problemen op en bent oplossingsgericht. Je bent georganiseerd, je weet prioriteiten te stellen en je houdt je aan deadlines;
- Je hebt goede interpersoonlijke vaardigheden en werkt graag in teamverband (je krijgt de kans om samen te werken met een klein, dynamisch en flexibel team). Je hebt een perfecte beheersing van het Frans en kunt communiceren in het Engels of Nederlands.
