**Over de organisatie**
Onze klant is een grote allround logistieke speler gelegen in de haven van Antwerpen. Je komt terecht in een hechte familie van experten die elkaar pushen en aanmoedigen om samen grenzen te verleggen. Zij zoeken nog een gemotiveerde procurement officer om hun team te versterken.
**Jouw nieuwe functie**
- Je zorgt voor een correcte opvolging en optimalisatie van de aankoopprocessen en het aankoopbeleid.
- Je voert objectieve en correcte onderhandelingen met leveranciers en beheert hun relaties.
- Je werkt in projectverband en helpt bij het analyseren en verder uitwerken van contracten.
- Je maakt analyses van contracten en rapporteert deze aan de directie, het management en andere betrokken partijen.
- Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor het uitbreiden van je vakkennis en draagt bij aan een innovatieve en creatieve werkomgeving.
- Je biedt algemene ondersteuning aan het departement Purchase Administration.
- Je draagt positief bij aan de groepsdynamiek binnen ons team.
- Je houdt je op de hoogte van afgesloten contracten met leveranciers en informeert alle stakeholders tijdig over de voorwaarden.
**Jouw profiel**
- Je bent assertief en straalt vertrouwen en enthousiasme uit.
- Je kunt goed in teamverband en zelfstandig werken.
- Je begrijpt het belang van discretie en nauwkeurigheid.
- Je hebt passie voor jouw vakgebied
- Je bent in het bezit van een rijbewijs B
- Je hebt een ruime kennis van het Microsoft Office-pakket (Word, Excel, Outlook,)
- Je hebt reeds een eerste ervaring verworven binnen de aankoopafdeling
