Project Manager

Strategic Event Planning:

- Develop and implement a strategic vision for events in alignment with organisational goals.
- Lead the conceptualisation and planning of large-scale and high-profile events, ensuring they meet or exceed objectives.

Strategic Campaign Development:

- Develop and implement communication strategies that align with organizational goals and EU priorities.
- Create and execute integrated communication campaigns across various channels to reach target audiences effectively.

EU Policy Alignment:

- Stay abreast of EU policies, regulations, and political developments relevant to the organization's mission.
- Ensure communication campaigns adhere to EU standards and resonate with the diverse cultural and linguistic landscape.

Stakeholder Engagement:

- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including EU institutions, government bodies, NGOs, and industry partners.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with stakeholder expectations.
- Media Relations:

- Cultivate relationships with EU media outlets and journalists to secure positive coverage.
- Develop press releases, media kits, and other materials to effectively communicate key messages.

Content Creation:

- Oversee the creation of compelling content, including written materials, visuals, and multimedia, tailored for EU audiences.
- Ensure all content is in compliance with client’s expectations and aligns with their policy and communication goals.

Digital and Social Media Management:

- Lead the execution of digital communication strategies, leveraging social media platforms and other online channels.
- Monitor social media trends and engage with online communities to enhance the organization's online presence.

Monitoring and Evaluation:

- Implement metrics to measure the success and impact of communication campaigns.
- Conduct regular evaluations and adjust strategies based on performance data and feedback.

Quality, Safety and Environmental System
- Help maintain our organization's quality, safety and environmental management system in the process of continual improvement. In doing so, assume, within your range of duties, your responsibility in following the company’s quality, safety and environmental policies, and the specifics measures and actions that are derived from said policies.
- In addition to these personal responsibilities you have as a staff member you, as a Line Manager, are also obliged to guide and support your team in all aspects related to the implementation of the quality, safety and environmental policies and actions.

**A BACKGROUND THAT CONVINCES US**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Political Science, or a related field.
- Proven **8** years of**experience** in communication campaign management within an EU context and **food expertise experience**.
- In-depth knowledge of EU policies, institutions, and cultural dynamics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in additional EU languages is an asset.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in stakeholder engagement and relationship management.
- Familiarity with digital communication tools and platforms.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
