**Data Product Owner for Service Intelligence**

Within the Data Acceleration Tribe - the centralized data & analytics team in Telenet’s agile at-scale organization - we are looking for a strong Data Product Owner, responsible for unlocking the data related to Service Intelligence. The PO manages our SI data product portfolio & team.

The Service intelligence team is at the core of our mission to serve the customer in a data-driven way by delivering well-managed dataset products in the domains of Customer Journeys, Customer Interactions, Billing, Payment & Collections. Basically, all the data related to the service interactions with our customer. Our trusted data products are used for reporting, insights, analytics, and operational intelligence throughout the organization.

The Data Product Owner helps the Data Acceleration Tribe by managing the data product portfolio to align with our data strategy and the company’s strategic goals by driving the product roadmap and organizing the team to deliver on these challenges effectively and efficiently.

Our data products are unlocked in our data warehouse and big data lakes. The Service Intelligence Team consists of big data engineers (on AWS stack), small data engineers (on Oracle on-prem & Snowflake stack) and functional, technical analysts and is supported by an agile coach and talent lead.

**Your key Roles & Responsibilities**
- You take ownership of the strategic relevance, quality and servicing of your data product portfolio.
- You build a network within the data tribe and throughout telenet to capture the needs, prioritize them and drive your data product roadmap.
- You act as an inspiring leader as you proactively support and stimulate your team to self-organize and foster close collaboration and continuous improvement.
- You provide direction by bringing clarity to the team on WHAT the team needs to deliver and WHY this has to happen.
- You proactively drive prioritization, ensure alignment and manage expectations with all involved stakeholders, for all data needs in business initiatives.
- In close collaboration with all stakeholders you enable an effective value delivery flow by creating and refining a prioritized data product backlog.
- You inspect and adapt by monitoring the realization of the Product Backlog and taking necessary steps in case of drawbacks or blockers.
- You actively facilitate the roll-out of the data product deliverables and showcase the value towards stakeholders to optimize the impact, transparency and momentum for data in the company.

**Your profile**
- You have strong data skills
- A strong background in functional analysis roles.
- An understanding of the data and analytics realm and it’s relation to business value.
- A good general knowledge of a data warehouse and big data environment as well as data governance and data quality.
- The ability to keep a helicopter view on the data landscape, and to dive into the relevant details fast if needed.
- A good understanding of the roles and responsibilities of a team that brings together data engineers, functional analysts, operational engineers and architects.
- You have strong business and leadership skills.
- You are able to form a strong vision, adapt to a changing environment and drive progress by inspiring your team and co-workers.
- A sharp understanding of how data can be used to drive the business and what the data needs are in business initiatives.
- Strong storyteller skills and the ability to deliver a message with impact.
- An understanding of how decisions are taken on a senior management level and the ability to influence the decision-making process.
- Excellent negotiating and influencing skills to deal with conflicting priorities and ambiguity.
- Strong people management skills and experience in leading large teams and managing large projects.
- You have a can-do mentality, an agile mindset and experience with dealing with change in an organization.
- You speak English and Dutch fluently.
- You have a Master or equal by experience, and 7-10 years relevant experience.
