Telenet has a large organization with more than 150 data colleagues, working shoulder to shoulder with business teams to unlock value potential with data and AI across the company. As a Tribe Product Owner you’ll drive alignment, planning, and delivery across teams, ensuring our data efforts are coordinated, focused, and impactful.
**As the Tribe Product Owner Data & AI **
- You act as the bridge between the data organization and other teams within Telenet, enabling discussions and mediating conflict among priorities, resources, and timelines within and across tribes.
- You are part of the data leadership team and play a crucial role in orchestrating the continuous development and execution of the Data Strategy by systematically bringing the right (data and/or business) stakeholders to the table.
- You collaborate closely with the VP of Data & AI, co-creating on the next chapters in our data strategy, crafting compelling narratives, and facilitating the right conversations to maximize the impact of data and AI initiatives.
- You manage the operational side of the data organization, collaborating with controlling, HR and data leadership in creating, monitoring and steering the long-term planning, workforce and budget for the data organization.You make sure that the data organization is steered effectively by setting the cadence and agenda for the in-tribe interfaces such as leadership meetings, strategic off-sites, and planning moments (QBR).
- Affinity with data and AI, with a focus on driving business value.
- A master’s degree and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
- Exceptional skills in structured thinking, problem-solving, and strategic analysis.
- Proficiency in crafting and delivering impactful narratives.
- Demonstrated expertise in stakeholder management and project execution.
- A proactive and results-driven attitude with a commitment to excellence.A background in management consulting is a plus.
