**Functie**:
Als **Customer Services Officer** krijg je heel wat verantwoordelijkheden:
- Je zal instaan voor het **beantwoorden van mails en je neemt telefoons aan** in het Nederlands en in het Frans;
- Eveneens sta je in voor de **administratieve opvolging** van deze contacten;
- Voor adreswijzigingen, retours of stopzettingen ben jij het **eerste aanspreekpunt;**:
- Verder ondersteun je andere afdelingen op administratief vlak;
- Je zorgt mee voor het **up-to-date houden van het klantenbestand** en beheert de abonnementen;
- ** Het verkoopproces** volg je op van bestelling tot levering, inclusief dienst na verkoop.

- **Flexibel en oplossingsgericht** zijn woorden die je op het lijf geschreven staan;
- Prioriteiten stellen en opgelegde** deadlines respecteren** zijn een must have;
- Zowel in **teamverband als zelfstandig werken** vormen voor jou geen probleem;
- ** MS Office** komt je niet onbekend voor;
- Je hebt ervaring met een **ERP/CRM systeem.**
