**The **Opportunity**:
Avantor is op zoek naar een klantgerichte administratieve medewerker om haar Customer Service team te versterken.

In deze voltijdse, permanente Customer Service rol zal je verantwoordelijk zijn om de masterdata van onze klanten te onderhouden, administratieve ondersteuning te bieden aan het salesproces en het facturatieproces volledig te beheersen.

**Het team**

Het Customer Service team bestaat uit 34 medewerkers, die ingedeeld zijn in verschillende specialisaties. Jij zal deel uitmaken van een team van 4 medewerkers die ondersteuning bieden aan de customer service.

**Werktijden**: Maandag tot en met vrijdag, flexibele werkuren (38,16 u/week). 10 dagen thuiswerk per maand mogelijk - _details worden toegelicht tijdens het rekruteringsproces_

**Wat we zoeken**
- ** Opleiding**:graduaat of bachelor, of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
- ** Ervaring**: SAP-ervaring is een plus, kennis van excel en ervaring in een administratieve functie is vereist
- ** Talenkennis**: vloeiend Nederlands in woord en geschrift, een gemiddelde kennis van het Frans en Engels

**Jouw taken en verantwoordelijkheden**:

- Beheersen van het facturatieproces (facturatie, creditering, werken met platforms)
- Ondersteuning bieden bij klanten met een specifiek facturatieproces zoals selfbilling, EDI-platforms etc.
- Onderhoud van klantgegevens in SAP (adressen, BTW nrs, condities, etc)
