- Reports directly to the Delivery & Operations Director of DACH, BENE & Poland

**Direct Reports**:

- Career Consultants (Fixed, Associate and/or Freelance), LD Consultants and ICEO advisors

**Location**:

- This position is based in Belgium or the Netherlands

**Languages**:

- Dutch - fluent
- English - fluent
- French - nice to have

**In this role you can expect to**

**Delivery Management**
- Working with and manage the regional team of career consultants, LD consultants and ICEO advisors in delivering individual and group programs, whether within an LHH office, or at a client or other external site.
- Ensure all services and programs are delivered at the highest quality standards, and meet profitability expectations in collaboration with the D&O Director.
- Ensure there is a pool of certified consultants available to complete all services as and when required.
- Develop, implement and manage a consultant recruitment, induction, certification and on boarding process to ensure all delivery expectations are met.
- Manage the quality processes implemented to review workshop facilitation and content, providing feedback to facilitators, and determine needs for improvement to content or facilitation.
- Consistently look for next generation of coaching topics and methodologies.
- Monitor performance of Career Consultants, i.e. ensuring that each individual meets or exceeds targets for quality, successful landing and return rate.
- Monitor utilization of Career Consultants ensuring we meet or exceed the caseload target and proactively manage costs.
- Develop and maintain strong knowledge of industry and marketplace trends.
- Develop and maintain strong knowledge of technology and social media.

**Operational Effectiveness**
- Contribute to ongoing improvement of operational processes and tools in support of the corporate and national mission.
- Ensure all available resources, including personnel, facilities and equipment, are utilized in the most efficient, effective and profitable manner.
- Implement Global and EMEA best practice processes.

**Sales Support**
- Assist the Sales Director in developing effective sales strategies for Career Transition & Mobility, ICEO and Leadership Development.
- Cooperatively interact with members of the Sales team to achieve sales objectives within the region.
- Builds strong relationships with the sales team and ensure delivery processes and procedures align with sales targets.
- Work with the sales team in creating and participating in presentations, proposals, discussion documents, shopper sales and other sales activities, as required. For all large projects working closely with sales team to agree deliverables with the client.

**Personnel & Administration**
- Oversee all required payroll, expense and purchasing approvals/issues for delivery staff.

**All About You**
- Around 5 year’s work history in a similar position
- Preferably with a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
- Strong process management skills
- Exceptional people management skills
- Experienced in financial/business analysis
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage a team across multiple locations
- Proven quantitative ability
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal in Dutch and English, (French helpful) which support an ability to challenge and debate issues of importance to the organization
- Organized, efficient and detail oriented
- Adaptable in working independently or on team as required
- Commitment to high professional ethical standards and a diverse workplace
- Strong comfort level in working both strategically and tactically to achieve necessary results
- Highly collaborative
