We are hiring a Project Manager for our prestigious partner DIGIT TM (DG Informatics) **in Brussels**. DIGIT-TM is a contract from the European Commission for IT services across Europe.

Main Responsibilities

Tasks
- General project management, resource planning and reporting and agile project management
- understand business requirements in the risk management and security compliance domain (useful to have experience in risk management) by liaising with the S.1 business manager
- validate that requirements are correctly mapped to technical solutions (useful to have experience in solution design)
- plan software releases to respect business priorities
- oversee technical team managed by 3rd party contractor in terms of development, testing,

documentation, release management
- stakeholder coordination and communication
- Project reporting to the project portfolio management and steering board

Profile and level
Technical Project Management of the integrated risk management development of Govsec and GRC integration:

- General project management, resource planning and reporting and agile project management
- understand business requirements in the risk management and security compliance domain (useful to have experience in risk management) by liaising with the S.1 business manager
- validate that requirements are correctly mapped to technical solutions (useful to have experience in solution design)
- plan software releases to respect business priorities
- oversee technical team managed by 3rd party contractor in terms of development, testing,

- Experience in general agile project management:

- Project management (potentially PMI PMP or Prince)
- backlog grooming
- sprint planning
- story description
- testing

Education and technical expertise
Some knowledge or experience in the following technologies and infrastructure would be an added value:

- Service Now integration
- AWS cloud infrastructure & managed services (IAM, EC2, CloudWatch, CloudTrail, Lambda,)
- Java Spring back-end API development
- Javascript / Angular front-end user interface development Potentially, Project Management PMI PMP or Prince certification

Specific expertise
Experience in general agile project management:

- Project management (potentially PMI PMP or Prince)
- backlog grooming
- sprint planning
- story description
- testing

Languages
- The consultants have to be fluent in English. French is an asset.
