Senior Business Consultant Supply Chain Planning

**Your Impact**:
As a business consultant supply chain planning and optimization, you understand the customer's planning process and needs. You analyze the processes regarding production planning, logistics and personnel planning, identify their weaknesses and propose concrete areas for improvement and feasible solutions. You guide your teammates during the implementation processes of intelligent planning solutions. You will work on multiple projects and for multiple clients, bringing you into contact with different types of issues. Variety guaranteed. You will also be involved in pre-sales activities for developing quotes, demos and preparing presentations. As a senior business consultant, you will take a leadership role, being engaged on multiple projects simultaneously. Starting from the customer's problem definition, you look for the best possible solution (process changes, optimization of software or resources,...). Within the team we work project-based, based on Scrum and Prince2. The planning and scheduling solutions we implement are mainly based on Quintiq and RobEx.

The Ordina Supply Chain Optimization (SCO) team stands for in-depth expertise, innovative solutions, state-of-the-art technologies, a successful project approach. This in response to our customers' complex challenges. A team of 60 consultants with years of experience in Planning Solutions, Manufacturing Operations Management (MOM) and Optimization.

Our consultants have a varied range of tasks. We advise customers, help them choose the right software solutions and implement them, guide them to successful commissioning, and ensure that our solutions operate and evolve smoothly for a long time. We help customers to understand and optimize complex processes. We do this for companies from various sectors.

**This is you**:

- You have a master's degree in engineering or computer science, commercial engineering or equivalent through experience
- You have at least 5 years of experience within a planning-related context
- You are analytically and conceptually minded, with a healthy capacity for empathy and assessment, allowing you to master client issues quickly
- You are successful in projects because of your enthusiasm, flexibility, critical approach and customer-oriented approach
- You are a real team player: you work closely with your team and ensure that your colleagues can grow and learn from your experience
- You are interested in a client's planning puzzles and business processes
- You have the skills to guide a client through the reorganization process associated with the implementation of a new planning solution
- You have a deep interest in planning puzzles, optimization, big data
- You speak fluent Dutch and/or French and English
- Experience with Quintiq is a plus
