En tant que Project Manager HVAC pour la région de Bruxelles, vous êtes en charge:
- D'un ou plusieurs projets depuis la commande effective jusqu'à leur réception par le client;
- Vous vous occupez de l'ensemble de la gestion opérationnelle comprenant les volets financiers, techniques, commerciaux et people management.
- Vous rapportez directement au Division Manager et encadrez une équipe de chantier.
- Vous vous assurez que le dossier technique du projet est bien complet.
- Vous organisez avec vos équipes les opérations sur chantier, vous veillez au respect des règles de sécurité sur vos projets et vous contrôlez la rentabilité de vos projets et procédez aux correctifs nécessaires.
- Vous veillez au suivi administratif et budgétaire de vos chantiers, vous participez aux réunions clients et internes.
- Et pour terminer, vous effectuez des adaptations de l'offre initiale en fonction des désiderata des clients et ce en valorisant les travaux supplémentaires.

Profiel
Vous bénéficiez d'une expérience probante d'au moins 3 à 7 années dans la réalisation de projets dans le domaine de l'HVAC. La connaissance du néerlandais et de l'anglais est un atout.
