**Job responsibilities**: - Implementation and Coordination of Training Programs - Proposals for Communication Actions to Promote Training Internally and Externally - Managing the communication to the different stakeholders - Managing the different Training Projects - Report on the different Training Programs - Organization & preparation before Training Events & sessions - Monitoring Order Management and managing gifting stock **Project Management of the different training programs**: - Monitoring the entire back office of the different accounts - Booking of hotels, restaurants, flowers etc. - Updating of the development path - Create & translate the learning modules in FR and NL - Manage the mailbox - Creating Google Forms for registrations + participations - Sending all gifts **LEARNING APP**: - Managing the entire back office - Acting as a Community Manager (frequent posts on the app + creating new content) => Two languages are now offered for each publication (NL + FR) - Support on posting modules for each group of learners **Profile**: - Final year in marketing or communication or professional immersion. - Perfect command of the Office Suite. - Languages: bilingual French - Dutch and knowledge of English. - You are organized, rigorous, involved, persevering, enthusiastic, flexible and motivated. - You have a sense of contact both internally (team spirit) and externally (sense of customer service). - You have a certain product awareness (Fragrances and Cosmetics). **_PARFUMS CHRISTIAN DIOR _** **MAISON***: - Christian Dior described himself as a fashion and perfume designer.
