De pandemie heeft zoveel veranderd in ons leven, inclusief hoe we werken en waar we wonen. 2 jaar geleden hebben we Soulbricks opgericht met het oog op het ondersteunen van eigenaars van kantoorgebouwen die geconfronteerd zijn met miljoenen mensen die nu op afstand van thuis uit werken of die parttime pendelen in deze hybride wereld.

In partnership met verschillende eigenaars gaan we dit jaar heel wat nieuwe locaties inrichten. Om onze groei te ondersteunen, zijn we op zoek naar een Project Administrator die vol ambitie en met passie helpt om elk van de werkplekken die we creeren tot een succes te maken.

Vacatureomschrijving
Wij zijn op zoek naar een administratief medewerker projectadministratie. Je bent samen met je directe collega’s verantwoordelijk voor de uitvoering en bewaking van de voortgang van diverse administratieve acties die voortkomen uit kantoorinrichtingsprojecten.
**Een paar van je werkzaamheden op een rijtje**:

- Tijdens de 2-wekelijkse teammeeting wordt de voortgang besproken van de projecten, je staat in voor de rapportering en werkt deze bij in ons planningsprogramma.
- Je biedt ondersteuning bij opstellen verkoopdossiers: offertes & bestellingen voorbereiden
- Je zorgt voor inkoop van materialen en vraagt prijzen op bij leveranciers
- Je plaatst bestellingen, kijkt orderbevestigingen na en plant leveringen in
- Verder vervult je algemene administratieve taken zoals opvolging van inkomene en uitgaande facturatie

Functie-eisen
- Je bent georganiseerd, constructief en oplossingsgericht
- Je hebt affiniteit of enige ervaring met project administratie of beschikt over minstens een bachelor diploma
- Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal heel grondig en precies, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk
- Je hebt goeie kennis van Microsoft Office365 programma's, kennis van Exact Online is een pluspunt.
- Je gelooft erin en gaat ervoor Jij zet je schouders onder je nieuwe uitdaging
