Marketing Coordinator

We are looking for a motivated Marketing Coordinator to join our marketing team. Our marketing department seeks a Marketing Coordinator who can participate in various stages of offline and online marketing campaigns. This Marketing Coordinator should be prepared to work in a fun, fast-paced team environment and be hands-on and ready to tackle new challenges each day.

**WHERE YOU’LL CREATE THE MOST IMPACT**:

- Maintain marketing planning & execution calendars to ensure cross functional alignment
- Seek and analyse competitor marketing and sales materials both online and offline- Monitor and report competitor and customer activity, trends and changes
- Assist in the design and distribution or delivery of marketing materials
- Support the marketing team to organise and deliver outstanding (virtual) events
- Assist marketing team as required across the campaign cycle
- Develop and maintain overall marketing and campaign-specific performance dashboards and reporting, including attribution and ROI.
- Prepare educational presentations
- CRM contact management
- Maintain tracking report of public relations activity
- Manage central repository of marketing assets and versions
- Drive additional projects as assigned

**THE IDEAL CANDIDATE**:

- Should have excellent verbal and written English communication skills, other languages are a plus but not a must
- Has extensive knowledge of Google Drive, Web, the hospitality industry, and social media.
- Has extensive experience with MS Office: PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
- Is a good multitasker, able to prioritise important over business as usual tasks, flexible and open minded
- Is a self-starter, who will pose new ideas and process improvements and be able to switch between different aspects of the marketing funnel at pace. In return, you will have a fantastic opportunity to build a career in marketing.
