**Description**:

- Based on the strategic ambition to become a data-driven company, the CDO-Office implements the Data Strategy within customer in a transversal way. This ambitious transformation involves every employee within customer. The success of this implementation is largely determined by a good Change and Communication approach to increase the Data Literacy within customer. Therefore, the CDO Office will appoint a Change and Communication Manager.

**Deliverables**:

- The Change and Communication Officer will deliver:

- Support with the learning path development, maintenance and deployment of the Data Academy
- Track progress of learning activities with the Data Self Assessments and evaluation tools
- Enhance and structure communication and change management plan within the data communities
- Support with creation of communication materials (e.g. communication messages, video)
- Monitor engagement of the communitie members (data stewards, data scientists, etc.)
- Support alignment with other customer communication channels
- Support with global webcasts and webinars

**Generic Skills & Competencies**:

- Proactive and solution oriented
- Good communication skills: ability to inspire people and convey messages in a convincing manner
- Creative mindset
- Able to work in agile environment

**Technical Knowledge**:

- Good knowledge of MS office
- Basic video editing and copyrighting skills are preferred
- Use of tools to create communication materials

- Experience in Change Management & Internal Communications
