As our Business Analyst at Moro Tech you will be part of a cross-functional team, collaborating with Software Engineers & Product Owners to deliver innovative solutions within the smart mobility ecosystem.

What will you be doing?
- Responsible for gathering requirements from stakeholders and making market validations and/or recommendations.
- Understand, analyze & transform business requirements into software solutions.
- Work closely with the Product Owner to design and prioritise business requirements and maintain the product backlog
- Communicate requirements to development teams using appropriate documentation (Miro, Epics, User stories, Sequence diagrams)
- Utilize analysis tools and techniques to ensure completeness & accuracy of business requirements.
- Follow market trends & evolution of specific business areas and develop proposals for solution enhancements.

**Requirements**:
**Who are we looking for?**
- 3- 5 years of experience as a Business analyst or any relevant role within IT / Software projects
- Extensive experience in requirements’ gathering, analysis, documentation, implementation & testing.
- Previous experience of working with an Agile Framework
- Experience using JIRA, Confluence or any other related software
- Self motivated individuals with a mindset of innovation and the ability to prioritize tasks & meet deadlines at a top-notch quality level.
- We are a multinational company, fluency in English is a must.

- We encourage everyone to think out of the box; curiosity and willingness to learn
- Any Agile certifications related to the craft of the Product will be considered a plus
