Begin jaren ’70 startte Luc Dheedene een bescheiden mode-agentuur, met een voorkeur voor Italiaanse merken en een duidelijke focus op de Benelux Wholesale markt. Vandaag, zo’n 50 jaar later, is zijn merkenpakket een stuk breder geworden en creëerde hij een van de grootste agenturen in Europa. Zijn zonen, Miguel en Gregory, voegden zich bij de onderneming van hun vader en samen met een 70-tal collega’s, vormen wij FASHION CLUB 70. Wij zoeken een enthousiaste **Commercial Assistant** om ons team te versterken. **Functieomschrijving**: - Je bent een administratieve duizendpoot die voldoening haalt uit een ondersteunende functie en flexibel inzetbaar is. - Je bent een belangrijke administratieve spilfiguur ter versterking van ons team. - Je verzorgt het maken van de afspraken, het beheren van de klantendata en je staat de Commercial & Administrative Coördinator en sales executives administratief bij waar nodig. - Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt van klanten inzake leveringen en financiële opvolging. **Wat verwachten we van jou?** Om de vacature op de juiste manier te kunnen invullen, vinden wij het belangrijk dat jij beschikt over de volgende kwaliteiten: - Je beschikt over uitstekende communicatieve en administratieve vaardigheden - Je hebt reeds een eerste werk of stage ervaring als administratief ondersteunend bediende - Je hebt een goede kennis van het Office pakket (Word, Excel, Outlook) en kan vlot schakelen tussen verschillende systemen. - Je bent representatief en gastvrij - Je beheerst perfect de Nederlandse, Franse en Engelse taal, zowel in woord als geschrift - Je bent proactief en zelfstandig - Je hebt geen 9 to 5 mentaliteit **Wat biedt FASHION CLUB 70 jou?** - Een uitdagende functie waarbij jij verschillende taken combineert - Een inspirerende werkomgeving met een jong, enthousiast en gedreven team - Aandacht en ruimte voor eigen initiatieven - Een aantrekkelijk salaris (o.b.v. 38 uren werkweek) gecombineerd met extra legale voorwaarden - _Fashion Club 70 heeft deze vacature via HR organizer gepubliceerd op Indeed._Hogeschool Beperkte ervaring ( < 2 jaar )
