**Purpose of the job**:
The objective is to have a state of the art Purchase to Pay process on a global level.

**Key Result area’s**:
People management
- Coach the P2P team in the execution of their day-to-day activities and objectives
- Perform mid-year and year-end performance appraisal discussions with direct reports

Quality & process management
- Design, drive and implement P2P efficiency process improvements
- Monitor closely the unbooked invoices, outstanding purchase orders and service receipts
- Maximize the number of electronic invoices to ensure automated invoice processing
- Review, monitor and update P2P processes, procedures, manuals, flowcharts and projects
- Responsible for the entire centralized procurement to pay process in cooperation with Procurement & Cash Management (follow-up and manage DPO)
- Perform month-end/year-end closing process and accurately reconcile P2P ledger accounts
- Ensure team’s accuracy and timeliness with regards to invoice processing
- Monitor and refine P2P key performance indicators

Stakeholder management
- Maintain and establish excellent internal and external working relationships (Business, suppliers, auditors, etc)
- Ensure excellent support to business with execution of ad hoc requests (reports, KPI’s,)
- Support internal and external audit requests and remediate whenever necessary

**Required profile**:

- Minimum Education: Bachelor Accounting, Economics Degree or Master degree in Finance, or equal by experience
- Minimum Experience: 5 to 7 years experience in designing, improving and managing end to end processes in a financial oriented environment.
- Purchase to Pay experience is an asset.
- Fluently in Dutch and/or French and English (written and oral)
- Experience with ERP software, operational systems, MS Office
- Analytical and process oriented
- People manager for a team of minimum 5 collaborators
- Affinity with automation & digitization concepts
- Clear communication skills (verbal and written)
