Are you ready to lead global payer strategy in neurodegeneration and shape the future of access worldwide?Proclinical is seeking a Global Payer Head to join a dynamic team who deliver impactful strategies in the field of neurodegeneration. In this role, you will lead efforts to develop and implement global access, pricing, and payer evidence strategies for assets in late-stage development through to launch. This position plays a pivotal role in shaping access and policy strategies to ensure equitable healthcare solutions. Responsibilities:Oversee the neurodegeneration global Health Technology Assessment.Develop and execute global strategies for access, pricing, payer evidence, and healthcare policy.Coordinate and consolidate payer-related insights to support resource allocation and decision-making.Align access and pricing assumptions with the target product profile.Advocate for leadership in equitable access and policy within the therapeutic area.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate payer insights into global asset strategies and evidence packages.Key Skills and Requirements:Advanced degree in life sciences, economics, or a related field (e.g., MD, PharmD, PhD, MBA preferred).Proven experience in designing and implementing global and regional pricing and access strategies.Strong leadership and ability to influence cross-functional teams.Excellent analytical and business acumen.Exceptional communication skills across various organizational levels.Comprehensive understanding of international and cultural differences in healthcare systems.If you are having difficulty in applying or if you have any questions, please contact Jake Robinson at j.robinson@proclinical.com.If you are interested in applying to this exciting opportunity, then please click 'Apply' or to speak to one of our specialists please request a call back at the top of this page.Proclinical is a leading life sciences recruiter focused on finding exceptional people and matching them with the finest positions across the globe.
