As Global Head of Fungicides, you will lead the strategic direction of ADAMA’s global fungicides portfolio, one of our most critical and dynamic sectors to ensure long-term, sustainable growth while driving innovation and impact across geographies, crops, and key active ingredients. In this highly influential role, you will own the full lifecycle of the fungicides portfolio, from ideation through development, commercialization, and eventual phase-out. Ensuring each product delivers value at every stage. You will work at the intersection of strategy, operations, marketing, and innovation, steering high-impact decisions and leading a global team of talented Product Managers. This role sits on the Portfolio & Innovation (P&I) Leadership Team and offers direct exposure to ADAMA's executive leadership. Reports to the EVP Portfolio & Innovation. Based UK, Germany, France, Italy, Switzerland or Spain Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership: Shape and evolve the long-term strategy (10+ years) for ADAMA’s fungicides portfolio, identifying opportunities across crops, geographies, and adjacent sectors. Market Foresight: Monitor and anticipate global industry trends to inform portfolio direction. Portfolio Management: Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management, including ideation, business case development, launch planning, commercialization, and phase-out. Cross-functional Leadership: Drive alignment across P&I, Global Operations, Commercial teams, and regional markets to ensure successful execution of portfolio plans and launches. Governance & Influence: Represent the Fungicides sector in critical committees (Offering, Sourcing, S&OP), contributing strategic input and ensuring cross-functional alignment. Partner Negotiations: Represent ADAMA in high-stakes 3rd party negotiations, supporting the Head of Third-Party Relations in securing key commercial agreements. Team Leadership: Lead and develop a high-performing, globally dispersed team of Product Managers. Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and growth. Organizational Development: Work with the People Business Partner to implement individual development plans, succession planning, and talent acquisition. What You Bring Experience & Expertise: Degree in Business, Agronomy, Plant Protection or related field. MBA is a plus. 10+ years in the crop protection/agricultural sector, including leadership roles across multiple geographies. Experience bringing to market branded (RBC) and generic product portfolios is highly desirable. 5+ years leading multicultural, globally dispersed teams. Core Competencies: Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen and execution mindset. Skilled in navigating complex, matrixed organizations and influencing across functions. Able to prioritize and manage ambiguity in a fast-changing environment. Strong financial, analytical, and planning skills. Fluent in English (other languages a plus).
