Mechelen ken je van 2 zaken. KV Mechelen & Telenet. Wist je dat ze bijna buren zijn? Deze job gaat over Telenet, voor een voetbal-carrière moet je niet bij ons zijn. Residentiële klanten bellen jou met technische vragen over hun diensten. Jij hebt voldoende inzicht om de vraag te begrijpen én een goed antwoord te geven

..**Wat doe je?**:
Klanten die jou bellen een goed antwoord bieden op hun technische vraag in het Nederlands.

Je werkt van maandag tot vrijdag tussen 8 uur en 20 uur en op zaterdag en zondag van 9.00 uur tot 20.00 uur.

Goed om weten: uurroosters worden minstens 3 weken op voorhand gecommuniceerd.

Werken doe je in Hasselt, of op termijn vanuit jouw thuiswerkplek.

**Waarin zal je uitblinken?**:
Actief luisteren, klantgericht zijn en mondelinge sterk communiceren in het Nederlands.

Omgaan met stress en goed kunnen werken in team.

Snel bijleren, proceduregericht werken en multitasken.

Administratie goed aanpakken en schrijven zonder spellingfouten.

Voorstellen maken voor de klant voor een betere of volledigere dienstverlening.

Je hebt kennis van techniek en werkt vlot met een computer, da’s logisch.

**Wat krijg je ervoor in de plaats?**:
**Deze vacature is uitsluitend open in het kader van interne mobiliteit binnen onze organisatie**.

Alleen medewerkers van WEngage en Contact Expert komen in aanmerking.

Je werkt volgens de arbeidsvoorwaarden van Contact Center Advisors en behoudt je huidige contractvorm.

**Hoe verloopt jouw onboarding?**:
Samen maken we van jouw start een succes Het ganse WEngage team staat klaar om jou met open armen te ontvangen. We zorgen er voor dat je wordt begeleid door ervaren collega’s die je wegwijs kunnen maken in ons bedrijf. Zij nemen je mee in de voor jouw functie belangrijke programma’s, werkmethodes en procedures en laten je kennis maken met de andere teams binnen WEngage. Tijdens je inloopperiode staan ze je bij met raad en daad, maar ook daarna kan je op hen rekenen.
