**Company**: Audi Brussels is a production site located at the heart of Europe and part of the Audi Group. We started to produce the A1 in 2010. As of 2018, Audi Brussels is the very first Audi-site to produce an all-electric car, the Audi e-tron, but also its high voltage battery. In the controlling department, together with a team of enthusiastic colleagues, you will be responsible for the budgets and expenses of the entire company and will draw up the multi-annual budget. You report directly to the head of controlling, who in turn reports to the management. We therefore like short decision-making paths within the structures of a large company. **Function**: - You are responsible for estimating and monitoring the budgets and expenses of the various departments. To do this, you coordinate directly with the managers and cost representatives of these departments. In addition, you also have your contacts with the parent company AUDI AG. - You will be responsible for providing the necessary reports and the status of your departments on a monthly basis. You prepare the "Performance Days" with the departments and thus report directly to the direction and the top management. - Together with your colleagues, you prepare the multi-year budget, which gives an overview of the next five years. - You are responsible for drawing up realistic budget forecasts and proposals. You also lead budget discussions with the departments, with the aim of raising awareness of budget compliance and cost savings.
