Voor een van onze opdrachtgevers, gespecialiseerd en leider in debt recovery voor bedrijven, zelfstandigen en particulieren, zijn wij op zoek naar een Collection officer die hun Debt recovery centrum komt versterken.
**Description**
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het eerste deel van het invorderingstraject, dat aanvangt bij de eerste betalingsachterstand van de klant. Bij niet terugbetaling van de achterstand (regularisatie) draag je het dossier over aan Recovery voor de uitwinning van de zekerheden.
- Je beheert geen eigen portefeuille maar werkt hoofdzakelijk op de aan jou toegewezen dossiers, wat niet wegneemt dat je ook regelmatig tussenkomt in andere dossiers van het Collections Center.
- Je staat in voor de interactie met de klanten met focus op een oplossing (punctueel/structureel/terugbetalingscapaciteit).
- Je streeft naar een uitstekende klant-ervaring.
- Je analyseert het dossier vanuit een risico-oogpunt en vanuit een juridische invalshoek met als doel een oplossing uit te werken die tegemoetkomt aan de belangen van de klant en de bank.
- Je staat in voor de administratieve opvolging van het dossier.
- Je zet je actief in om de gemeenschappelijke doelstellingen van het Collections Center te realiseren.
**Profile**
- Je hebt minstens een bachelor diploma.
- Ervaring binnen een gelijkaardige functie (beheer van schuldinvorderingen) is een pluspunt.
- Je bent een vlotte communicator (zowel schriftelijk als aan de telefoon) en bent tweetalig Nederlands/Frans (Duits en Engels zijn een plus).
- Je bent klantgericht en een uitstekende onderhandelaar met focus op het behalen van resultaten.
- Je bent empatisch en luistervaardig.
- Je gaat op zoek naar duurzame oplossingen voor de klant.
- Je bent in staat om zelfstandig te werken en zelf knopen door te hakken
- Je bent leergierig en hebt een groot aanpassingsvermogen.
- Je bent dynamisch en enthousiast en je gaat geen uitdaging uit de weg.
- Je bent een goede teamplayer en je hebt een constructieve houding.
