Description

Demonstrable experience and experience in various Project Management facets (cost, timing, coordination, planning, chats).

Context
- The data model begins with coordination
- Aligning technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Managing dependencies (such as connections with external data sources)
- Monitoring data quality, governance, and migration processes
- We have developers (.NET) that are analyzed based on their specific specifications

Must have
- Demonstrable experience as a project manager in software development projects
- Demonstrable experience with (drafting) data models
- Demonstrable experience with relational databases such as SQL Server or PostgreSQL
- Demonstrable knowledge of data dictionaries for documenting an existing/to-be data model
- Affordable knowledge of ERD
- Demonstrable experience within the Flemish government
- Controlling the optimization of bed processes (BPM)
- Language requirement: Dutch at European CEFR - level C2.

Should have
- Let's talk about some of the Project Management aspects (cost, timing, coordination, planning, planning)
- Demonstrable experience with stakeholder management
- Add data to data via API's uit and other systems
- Demonstrable experience with tools such as Azure DevOps or Jira (tickets, work items, sprint planning, etc.)
- Demonstrable experience with data migration
