What you'll do
The Customer Insights team has the objective to represent the voice or our customers and to make the actions of our peers tangible by collecting and analyzing relevant client feedback leveraged with data insights, alongside market information & financial results. We are looking for a customer insights expert with a strong understanding of the challenges related to this field to join our team.
As an Expert Data Analyst, you will have to start, coordinate & manage research projects from start to end, together with the team lead & other team members.
Who we're looking for
- You are fluent in French or Dutch and in English
- You have at least a Master’s degree in a quantitative discipline, preferably market research and/or data analyses
- You have at least
years of relevant experience in a Market research or Data analytical function.
- Experience in challenging internal clients for full understanding of the business need/hence translation to research question,
- selecting the best research techniques & target groups, writing survey questionnaires,
- data analyses (in Excel or SPSS),
- summarizing the survey findings in concrete & actional recommendations for the business
- Soft skills : teamplayer, good analytical and synthesis skills, pro-active attitude, good communication, ability to work in a dynamic environment.
