**Responsibilities**:

- Actively participate in the development team as a tester, working closely with developers, product owners, and analysts.
- Quickly delve into the functional knowledge of the solutions and build expertise.
- Choose the best strategy for optimally testing projects and monitor automated tests.
- Prepare test scenarios, execute functional tests, and provide test reports.

**Job requirements**
**Who are we looking for?**
- Someone with initial experience as a Software Tester.
- Solid knowledge of and experience with structured testing, test methodologies, and test techniques.
- Ability to structure the detection and reporting of bugs, identify bottlenecks, and propose improvements.
- Strong communication skills and a team player who aims for the best solutions.
- Streamlined, meticulous work approach with attention to detail.
- Hands-on mentality with the ability to independently find and implement solutions.
- Fluent in Dutch and English. Knowledge of French is a plus.
- Eager to learn and willing to actively share knowledge with colleagues.
- Willingness to work full-time (or at least 4/5) on-site in Brussels, easily accessible by public transport and with free underground parking.
- **Possession of Belgian nationality.**

**Skills and Experience**:

- Experience in identifying bugs: Intermediate level, recent experience of 1 to 3 years ago.
- Software Testing: Intermediate level, recent experience of 1 to 3 years ago.
- Test Methodologies: Intermediate level, recent experience of 1 to 3 years ago.
- Test Reporting: Intermediate level, recent experience of 1 to 3 years ago.
- Language skills: Dutch (full professional proficiency), English (professional working proficiency), French (limited working proficiency).
