Functieomschrijving
- Je werkt nauw samen met de verschillende Business Units alsook Data Engineer voor het begrijpen, analyseren en verbeteren van de core business processen, workflows en KPIs
- Je documenteert en challenged bestaande flows en je ontwikkelt nieuwe processen. Je bepaalt welke KPIs nodig zijn om de resultaten van deze processen te monitoren
- Je definieert de test strategie, functionele acceptance testen en criteria die er moeten voor zorgen dat de systeemoplossingen tegemoet komen aan de noden van de business
- Je rapporteert in deze functie aan de Data & BI Manager
- Je bent de schakel tussen de business en IT en vanuit deze rol kan je de projecten ondersteunen, challengen en sturen
- Je neemt actief deel aan het Change Management Process binnen de organisatie.
Profiel
- Je beschikt minstens over een bachelor diploma
- Je hebt 2 jaar ervaring in een gelijkaardige job, bij voorkeur in een dienstverlenende commerciële organisatie
- Je bezit de nodige kennis van process mapping
- Je hebt ervaring met BI-software, planningsprocedures en -systemen
- Je bezit enige ervaring met de principes van Agile
- Ervaring met de implementatie van grote software en/of digitalisatie projecten is een pluspunt
- Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en Engels
- Je bent een proactieve teamplayer die ownership neemt.

Maatregelen voorstellen voor de verbetering van de kwaliteit, de veiligheid en de productiviteit
- De configuratie en architectuur van de informatiesystemen opvolgen en bijwerken naargelang de ontwikkelingen
- De informatica-infrastructuur selecteren of installeren (software, hardware,...)
- Scripts opstellen of integreren
