Technical Project Manager

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Client Project Management**:

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their project requirements, managing timelines, and ensuring deliverables align with expectations.
- Build strong relationships with clients, providing proactive support and ensuring high satisfaction with our solutions.

**Technical Platform Management**:

- Coordinate with clients to determine necessary technical adjustments on our platform, manage these modifications, and ensure smooth integration with client systems.
- Set up user accounts, configure permissions, and ensure account details are updated and accurate.

**R&D and Technical Development**:

- Collect and analyze client feedback to drive R&D initiatives, collaborating with internal teams to further develop and enhance our solutions.
- Support strategic decisions and help define future product enhancements to meet evolving client and market needs.

**Qualifications**:

- **Educational Background**: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- **Technical Skills**: Programming skills are a plus and hands-on experience with technical setup, account configurations, and software solutions is preferred.
- **Project Management Experience**: Proven track record of managing client-facing projects, ideally in a technology or software setting.

**Soft Skills**:

- **Communication**: Open and direct communication style, with the ability to explain technical details to non-technical clients.
- **Proactiveness**: A strong sense of initiative, with the ability to anticipate client needs and address issues before they arise.
- **Attention to Detail**: Accuracy and thoroughness in project execution and account setup are essential.
- **Relationship Management**: Ability to foster strong, supportive client relationships, maintaining open communication and building client confidence in Esperity’s solutions.

**Language Requirements**: Fluency in English and French is required, with Dutch considered a plus.
