**ACROSS HEALTH IS LOOKING FOR HIGH-FLYING FINANCE OPERATIONS MANAGER**
- You have a bachelor's degree in accounting.
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar position.
- Loves working in a small business.
- Familiar with analytical bookkeeping.
- Multilingual professional language skills. Dutch and English are essential (both writing and speaking).
- Gives tasks their undivided attention and catches mistakes, errors, or changes before they snowball into a bigger problem.
- Can work autonomously and respects deadlines.
- Conversant with most common software programs, certainly Excel.
- Likes to connect with people and communicates effectively.
- Sharing the key values of Across Health: outside-in perspective, agility, curiosity, evidence-led decisions, ownership and team orientation.
- The accounting of 2 Belgian entities (SME size) from A to Z.
- Payments and entering operation in the banking system.
- Preparing VAT and tax declarations.
- Preparing the annual accounts.
- Preparing the audit files and being the point of contact of the external auditors.

**Moreover, the financial operations manager also**:

- Supports the Head of Finance with reporting to US parent company
- Liaises and acts as main contact person for our external accountants in 5 different countries (Spain, the Netherlands, Germany, France and Singapore)

The financial operations manager is based in Ghent and reports to the Head of Finance.
