Join DAP, a human-sized company with a unique social mission. As an Insurance Account Manager, you will become a trusted partner for our Individual and SME clients, offering them tailor-made solutions in a friendly and professional atmosphere.

**Your role**:

- Manage personal and commercial insurance portfolios from start to finish.
- Advise your clients with empathy and expertise, to offer them the best coverage based on their needs.
- Work closely with a team of 10 dynamic and dedicated colleagues.
- Ensure information is updated in our systems (BRIO) to guarantee smooth and efficient management.

**Your Profile**:

- Bachelor's degree in Insurance or equivalent experience (minimum 3 years).
- Excellent command of French, both spoken and written.
- Autonomous, rigorous, and a true team player.
- Comfortable with office automation tools (Office Suite, BRIO software).
