Introductie
For our department ‘Project & Program Management’, we are looking for an experienced Test Manager.
The consultant will assess the current Testing-approach for one of the major programs at our client, GLOBO. Afterwards the consultant will implement improvements for the GLOBO program and for the department within the continuous improvement program of our client.
GLOBO is Microsoft Dynamics project that will help the mutuality’s to have a single view on all the activities a member has with their mutuality. It will also enable the member itself to view the same information as the Mutuality online, and will decrease the number of contact calls. The program is a bases for further automation of the full mutuality’s technology landscape.

- Be able to work independent

- Excellent communicator
- Ability to combine theory and pragmatism
- Strong analytical skills and judgement forming
- Experience with moderating group walkthroughs and reviews
- Planning & organization
- Ability to listen and be sensitive to the organization
**Language proficiencies**
- Fluent in English is mandatory
- FR and/or Dutch with Good knowledge of the other language
Functie-eisen
**Technical Profile requirements**
- Minimum 7 years of experience as Test manager
- Minimum 7 years of experience as test analyst /tester
- Experience with analysis of testing approach in large environments
- Strong Experience with test management tools
- Knowledge of JIRA & Confluence is a strong plus
- Knowledge of MS Dynamics 365 is a plus
- Experience with Agile environments
