**Qui sommes-nous ?**: Choux de Bruxelles, c’est une maison culinaire et événementielle qui a fait de l’art de recevoir sa spécialité. Situés à Etterbeek, au cœur de l’Arsenal, nous imaginons et réalisons des expériences gourmandes à travers nos services traiteurs, nos lieux uniques pour événements, nos restaurants et nos food-trucks.

**Qui cherchons-nous ?**: Un(e) **Account Manager multilingue** pour renforcer notre équipe Traiteur & Catering. Si tu aimes autant le contact client que la rigueur d’un bon suivi administratif, et que l’univers Food t’inspire, alors tu es peut-être la personne que nous cherchons.

**Quelles seront tes missions ?**:

- Accompagner et conseiller : proposer des offres sur mesure, adaptées aux besoins de nos clients (entreprises ou particuliers).
- Donner vie aux projets : rédiger et encoder des propositions commerciales dans notre outil interne (Odoo).
- Suivre le projet de A à Z : gérer adresses, horaires, consignes, relances, facturationrien ne t’échappe.
- Maintenir le lien : assurer une communication claire et professionnelle avec les clients tout au long de la collaboration.
- Jouer collectif : collaborer étroitement avec les équipes planning, logistique et production pour garantir une organisation sans fausse note.

**Quel est le profil recherché ?**:

- Tu parles et écris couramment français, néerlandais et anglais.
- Tu es passionné(e) par l’univers food, traiteur et catering.
- Tu as une expérience solide dans le secteur Traiteur, Catering ou Horeca événementiel.
- Tu es à l’aise avec les outils informatiques (Odoo est un vrai plus).
- Tu es organisé(e), rigoureux(se), attentif(ve) aux détails, avec un esprit commercial orienté satisfaction client.
